Great location! We’ve been coming to Pensacola now for years and this was by far the most accommodating host. He was so responsive and made traveling with our one year old easier. Thank you Bill! I’d stay here again.

This house is in a great location only about 800 feet or two blocks from the sand. Lots of locals in the area so the beach was never crowded There is a nice paved sidewalk all the way there. The house is very spacious and the photo don’t do justice to how much room everybody has. The home was very clean with plenty of linens provided. The ability to store our beach gear in the attached garage was a nice bonus. Dining in Pensacola Beach is about a five minute drive. We were very safe and comfortable with walking our dog in the neighborhood. I will be keeping this house saved for future booking.

Second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time. The house is beautifully decorated and plenty of space for us and our dog. Had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. Location is great with a beach access point right at corner of block. The Local store is less than a couple minutes away for anything we forgot and didnt want to cross back over the bridges to walmart. Souvenir shops and restaurants also only a few minutes away. Bill, the property manager, is very responsive and is the best! Will definitely be back and would recommend this place to people traveling. Thank u for sharing such a magical place so we could come down for our daughters wedding!

We had an amazing last minute stay here. There were more beds than we needed, but for a house the same price as adjacent hotel rooms, it was worth it! Clean home with a great location and bonus goodies. They provided a wagon, beach chairs, bikes which made the stay that much more enjoyable with the walk to the beach right around the corner. We thought there were some issues with the dryer, and the host came right away to check on it. Dog friendly as well!! We cooked dinner and it had most of what we needed. Run to the grocery store was super quick - maybe 10 minutes to a Publix! I’d say a comfortable house, but I would say it’s more of a home base to come back to than a stay at home all day sort of stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was quick to respond and very accommodating and friendly. It was easy to get to the beach, and they had chairs, boogie boards, and bikes available for use which was super helpful. We would definitely stay again!

To start property manager is very quick to respond and address any issues. This house had black mold coming out AC vents, the closet in the bedroom with two beds has mold along the roof, the AC closet has mold everywhere as well. We pointed this out and the manager came and did visual inspection and submitted for maintenance. He offered full refund as they could not get the issues addressed until the day we were leaving. Unfortunately no other properties were available as it was the 4th of July. Hopefully they followed through and got rid of the mold. Like I said very responsive manager so hopefully it was. Other wise house was good. Master bed could use new mattress but tolerable.

Great Basecamp for the Beach

The house was very clean and well set up as a launching point for the beach. The collection of vintage bikes for use while there were greatly appreciated, as were the beach chairs. Check in was easy and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Needed Get-Away

We stayed a brief two nights of which the first had rain, and the second had a brilliantly sunny and cooler day. We had ample room for the four of us and privacy. Had all we needed.

Beach House

The house is as listed and is nice, also it is in a great location. My family enjoyed being able to walk to the beach access. The wrap around deck was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. Check in was a little confusing so check your attachments that are emailed closely, the front door key code will be on that, other than that enjoy.
