« Nice »

« Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

« The property and the room was very clean. Room was fully equipped and if I needed anything the staff was there to attend to matters at hand. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would re ommend thos hotel. »

« One of the workers stole my work computer and the assistant manager was very rude and told me that the only people swiping into our room were my husband and me! The beds were not made when we left our room to go to a baseball game at 2:30 in the afternoon, but our bed was made and the bathroom was clean with fresh towels when we returned around 9:30. I am very angry for being made to feel like I misplaced my computer. Going to corporate to get a refund for what was stolen. They have cameras. »

« The staff at the front desk was friendly and answered our questions. The room was fine. The pool and spa water was cloudy and of questionable color, we did not risk swimming there. Breakfast is very basic. The hotel is located on a vacant lot with not much interesting around, but a reasonable distance from the football stadium. »

« Notre séjour à Phoenix étant principalement pour un match des Cardinals, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait. Pas très loin de la Loop 101, environ 15 km pour se rendre au stade, très facile à voyager et beaucoup moins cher que les hôtels autour du stade. En plus un énorme centre commercial tout près nous permettant d'acheter notre nourriture et manger à la chambre. Excellent choix. »

« Breakfast was not terrible but pretty basic and the coffee was so thick and gross. The rooms need major updating!!! It was nice dressers with drawers were provided but the drawers would not stay closed!!!! Some serious cleaning attention needed in the rooms...the vent covers are so nasty and dirty!!!! I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish...
