The property was better than expected! The staff were very friendly and the resort is huge. As a young couple, we found this resort perfect for our needs and budget.
Cons: The bedding is not comfortable. The pillows are extremely flat and you have to stack multiple pillows to have your head up off the mattress. The blankets are all extremely scratchy too. They have 7 pools but the size of the resort does not make it easy to access them. They say they have golf carts to drive you around but no one drives you. The staff are impossible to find and there are just a bunch of empty golf carts.
Pros: the resort is in a great location where you are in close proximity to everything you need. The pools that you can access are great! We lucked out with having 2 days of the entire pool to ourselves! If you have a request, staff are prompt at getting you the services you need. We did not notice any bug issues or concerns for pest in our rooms or in the resort area. Golf course was absolutely amazing! The staff were beyond friendly and helpful to us as beginner golfers.
Overall we really enjoyed this resort for our budget friendly trip!
