„We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are a nice size, but the carpet is old and the floors creak when you ...

„Immaculately clean and comfortable cottage with all the equipment required for a lovely break. Lovely little touches like welcome basket, tourist info, selection of games, outdoor toys, bbq, fire pit and seating. Hot tub was great and in private beautiful relaxing setting with lovely open view. Could see chickens and deer from garden as well as lots of bird activity.“

„Nice little cottage for two and a small dog.30mins. Nice location to visit Dundee, St Andrews, Falkirk.“

„Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness. Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two. TONS of stairs, don’t book if you have a bunch of luggage or are by yourself and have several pieces to carry.

„The Badan was a lovely place to stay. The cottage was modern but cozy. Colin was a lovely host, meeting us upon arrival and showing us around the house, making sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was. We were only there for one night but I will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. “

„Great place, friendly and helpful hosts. So close to beautiful glens, lovely Glamis castle, nice to pop by JM Barrie's birthplace and a wonderful stay on the farm. Hot tub, woodburning stove and a BBQ. Perfect cosy wee stay!“

„Lovely location, central for exploring East and West.Very comfortable with just about everything you need.Only downside was the kitchen could have done with more plug sockets. However, would thoroughly recommend and we would stay again.“
