„We had an amazing week long stay at Gustavo’s house in Lamay. The house and property are unique and beautiful and located in a stunning valley surrounded by mountains. One of the many mountain rivers that feed the Urubamba runs right through the beautifully designed and maintained grounds. Gustavo’s communication and attention to detail is excellent, he supplied us with fantastic information throughout our trip planning and supported us as flight cancellations altered our plans. „Das war ein gelungener Einstieg für unsere Perureise. sehr erholsam. Hernan war jederzeit erreichbar, auch im Vorfeld sehr effektive Kommunikation und Hilfe bei der Organisation. Das Haus sehr gepflegt und geräumig, schön und mit vielen Details eingerichtet in einem paradiesischen Garten .“

„Everybody there was very accommodating and helpful. Additionally the food was good and so was the service. The house is located on a beautiful property which allows you to enjoy your stay even if you don’t feel like leaving the house for a bit.“

„Perfect home for a few days to relax by the pool. The beach is 3 min. walking distance and we can even hear it from the room on the top floor! They advertise it as « brand new » but it has to have a year or two. Cleanliness of the floors and the kitchen should be improved but overall a very noce stay with the family. “

„The villa looked nice but there was a few big inconveniences, first some sheets in the rooms were dirty and and stained, the kitchen was dusty also and many of the utensils were full of cob webs...coffee machine was full of mold... there was a rooms behind the kitchen that was not mentioned or introduce to us...full access of the villa was limited due to the jacuzzi next to the sauna being already out of order due to maintenence that was not previously mentioned... the villa also isn't equipped ...

„This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. “

"Top Hotel, sehr historisches Ambiente, sehr komfortable Betten, top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Die Badewanne dürfte für 5 Sterne auch gern größer sein, als nur zum duschen. Frühstück ist auch nicht ganz 5 Sterne-Niveau. Das GYM ist definitiv zu klein & zu minimalistisch eingerichtet. Massage-Behandlungen einen tick zu teuer. "

"We had a dead fly and two moving larvae in our unit. Even after we addressed the problem, it wasn’t resolved - only when we addressed it the second time. Also, the bathroom isn’t in the best shape anymore - there is a crack in the tub and the water is floating out on the floor. Apart from these mentioned incidents the stay was enjoyable, especially since the hotel is located in the city center. The breakfast was okay, I feel a little like mass production and I am not sure about the hygiene standards after the larvae incident in our room. But maybe it was just misperception because it tasted good and we didn’t have any problems."

"The hotel is located in the beautiful residential area of San Isidro, a grand hotel which needs to be updated. We enjoyed very much the small pool area and the gym. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and the restaurant staff was very attentive. The only complaint is the old carpet in the rooms."
