House was well furnished and equipped and full of information for local places to visit. Hosts provided great communication ahead of our stay with reminders while we were there. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the amazing Redwoods and hot tub. The hummingbirds were quite entertaining! We grilled out every night, then cozied up in front of the wood fireplace. „My family enjoyed the property as it was big enough for everyone and pet friendly. We stayed during the rainy months and enjoyed playing games and cuddling up near the fire place. I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations.“

„We loved the home in the woods. Although it rained all three days of our early March visit, the home was clean, spacious and cozily warm. We enjoyed the gas fire place and had fun playing games on the big dining room table. The house was a short drive to town where we found excellent restaurants and interesting shops for browsing. We'd like to return in the summer to lounge on the decks and walk in the woods.“

„The house is very nice but located on a very narrow street with difficult parking. We had two larger cars. Parking is a narrow platform and turning radius was a challenge to say the least. The property description should include this information. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Nothing wrong with the house, just would have appreciated knowing about the parking challenge in advance since we had two vans. Also, the beds were a bit too soft.“

„I felt a fairy would pop out of the woods. The place is as quiet and quaint as you could ask. Overwhelmingly warm and full of charm. The place has peace and a personality that is all its own. We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location. We will always have the fondest of memories of 66.“

„This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed.“

„The house was nice in a beautiful location with lots of green. The tea house that was separate from the main house seemed to have some leaks or water coming into the walls. It was very musty and moldy smelling. We opened the windows and aired out the space to make it bearable, but it was still noticeable. Otherwise, the place was fine.“
