The space
This home has a large gourmet kitchen w/ granite countertops & island built for entertaining. The kitchen overlooks the great room w/ a cozy fireplace. Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the quality cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. There is a large fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven/cooktop, a microwave and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.

When it comes time to rest, there are 5 bedrooms within the home with 3 being en suite bathroom, each bed topped in soft, hotel quality linen for a restful night’s sleep along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'

Pool heat is optional with a daily fee required entire stay.

When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80's during the colder seasons

We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
