The location was great. Check in and out was very easy. The house has a good set up and the pool was nice. The problems were extra firm mattresses, lack of cooking utensils (plenty of dishes and silverware though), the icemaker and a smoke detector didnt work. It started beeping our first night there. Replacing batteries did not fix the problem. It took over 24 hours for maintenance to show up. Said they replaced the smoke detectors and again that night it went off. Finally just disconnected it and the problem was solved. There were 4 or 5 other smoke detectors in the house. The rest of the week was fine.

Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft

Unfortunately they promote that they have a pool and while they do it was not usable give the infestation of ants and debris. Also the front door was hard to access given over grown trees. I shared feedback the day of check out and was told essentially thanks we will have a look. As far as a refund for the issues, prove it, and kick rocks. To promote a feature that is not accessible is one thing, but to have shotty customer service is another. Shame on them. Great location and clean, but given the management there are tons of other options. Go somewhere else. Hopefully if they say have a pool, you’ll actually be able to use it ;) (I gave them a shot to fix this before sharing and was told I’m sol so I want to save others the hassle)

Mesa Spring Break

It was a perfect fit! The house is nicely laid out and roomy. The pool was unheated but the weather was in the 90s so the pool was cool but we didn’t care. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely rent again.

quiet neighborhood

We had mixed feelings about this stay. The good: rooms spacious, nice dining room, nice cooking pots to cook meals, quiet neighborhood, easy check in. The bad: Beds and pillows were EXTREMELY firm, if that’s what you like go here (i had a back ache every night and this is the first vrbo where i went and bought my own pillow.) There was no hot water in the master bath as the hardware was installed wrong. We had to shower in the kids bath. The website listed garage access under amenities, which we desired, but you do NOT have garage access, this could be stated more clearly in the ad. The ad said that you could turn the AC down to 68, but when we got there on the wall it said only turn down to 72. This was ok as we were there in the middle of winter, but would be too hot for me in the summer.
