« Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. »

« The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all. »

« They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. »

« Room was ok, not great crumbs on bed when first arrived. Had to plug the mini fridge in myself!. Hallways were kind of sketchy, smelt like pot. Elevator was like a bad carnival ride, went down too fast, then took forever to reach second floor. »

« Le bâtiment est quand même bien entretenu malgré son côté vieillot. Les lits et oreilliers très confortable. Au premier vous pouvez entendre l'eau passer dans la tuyauterie mais pour qualité prix j'y retournerais sans hésiter. »

« Chambre sale, pas de petit dej et même pas un café. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre immédiatement. Le responsable est venu et m’a proposé directement celle d’à côté. Celle ci n’ayant pas de poils/cheveux dans la baignoire, nous sommes restés. Pour une nuit ok, mais vraiment pas plus. »

« Check-in staff member was great. I called for early check-in and was granted with no issues. Breakfast was served at 6 AM and it’s the same everyday. The housekeeper crew was loud in the hallway and it could be a problem if you’re working nights and want to sleep. They should have their conversation in the room so that not to disturb other guests. I would stay again at the right rate per night. »

« Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! I know it was a middle price room but honestly I had the feeling is was more a one...
