Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. „Very cute spot!! I was in town for a USMC retirement so this was very close while also being away from the busy area. The garden was absolutely magical, I got to watch lots of birds fly in and out. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Perfect little spot, if anything brings me to the area again I will stay here “

„Eine wunderschöne FeWo in zentraler Lage zum Stadtkern ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß und unmittelbarer Lage zum Fluss. Sehr schöne ruhige FeWo, leider ist das CafĂ©/ die BĂ€ckerei , nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben , jetzt schon lĂ€nger geschlossen und auch die unbewohnten NachbarhĂ€user wirken nicht heimelig. Aber die nĂ€here Umgebung lĂ€dt dann doch auch zu einem Abendspaziergang ein , toller SĂŒdstaatenflair .“

„When we arrived, the lock was broken. The proom was not the room we booked online. It REEKED of fabuloso. There were no curtains, so the 24 hour walkway lights shined through your window. You were given 2 towels for a week stay for 2 people. We were told to wash them ourselves. The pathway to the beach is through protected dunes. The wifi for the room did not work. We were rold to hook on to someone else's wifi. Run! Ru. Away from this property. The on L y bright spot is the maintenance guy. ...

„Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. “

„Clean, cozy and comfortable! Great communication and I would absolutley stay here again. Close to the North beach and several fantastic resturants. We were able to enjoy the patio and dock as well. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip! This was a first VRBO experience for me and it was wonderful! Plus, they have a super sweet outdoor kitty that loves pets.“

"Ich bin sehr dankbar dass wir frĂŒher einchecken konnten. Das Hotel ist jedoch ziemlich in die jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Die Gegend ist jedoch ein absoluter Traum. "
