„Dianne was the most responsive host that we’ve ever been involved with. Not that we really had any issues, but she was very quick to answer and respond to our questions.The home itself is amazing! Very comfortable, and extremely well supplied. Previous rentals we’ve had required we bring many staples, but we found EVERYTHING that we thought we needed was already supplied by Diane!If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best VRBO we’ve ever rented, hands down.“

„We had such an amazing stay! The house had everything we needed and more. We loved spending evenings on the porch playing games, sharing meals, and watching all the boats go by from the dock and porch. The kayaks were perfect for little adventures, exploring nearby islands, and discovering the sand hills—our kids especially loved running up and down them! Morning coffee at the coffee bar was such a treat (K-Cups or ground), and we made great use of the grill and outdoor shower after our days ...

„The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. “

„This place is amazing! The house is spacious and well appointed, the huge back deck was wonderful to sit and take in the view. The beach is a 2 min stroll through the dunes, so fun, then you emerge onto the expanse of sand that is the beach (HUGE) which we had essentially entirely to ourselves. It was just a couple of nights but it felt longer, we were able to really relax and leave it all behind. We are already planing to come back in the Summer for a full week. Such a great vibe!“

„I don't remember staying in any VRBO that had a better-equipped kitchen. Everything, from sharp knives to a lobsta-cooking pot! And everything was well organized, clean and functional. Even spices or odds and ends left by previous tenants were helpful. The host must go throught he cupboards and intuitively keep only those leftovers that seem helpful to the next tenant because we actually did use leftover tea bags, a spot of sugar, the pepper grinder. „It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. “

„This house was perfect for our family and accompanied our two flats boats easily. Parking was a bit tricky while we got unpacked, etc but the owner of the restaurant next door was very pleasant to work with. This was only a concern while we had our boats on trailers, etc. Host was a pleasure to work with!! “
