„Clean room and fairly easy check in process. It may be difficult to find the hotel though.“

„職員相當有禮，房間10分整潔，性價比高“

„Great Hotel,“

„酒店整體體驗不錯, 最好的是前台接待處員工服務態度優秀,令客人感覺良好. 就算是清潔房間的姐姐, 要求更換毛巾時態度也非常好， 對酒店印象加深.“

„Great club lounge, great service, super friendly staff, nice pool, very clean“

„Amazing experience! it was my first time in china and I am definately re visiting The only downside is wifi does not work for emails etc which was a huge inconvenience business wise“

„Very nice hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Very cheaply priced for the quality. Highly recommend.“

„The location, facilities, and service were all good.“

„Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. „I don't understand how this hotel is rated as 5 stars. The room was extremely outdated — the furniture and general setup felt like it hadn’t been updated in 50 years. The shower was disgusting: the shower head was brown and worn-out, there was excessive silicone everywhere in the shower cabin, and visible mold. Room service? Practically non-existent. We tried ordering four times, and each person we called told us to call someone else. In the end, we gave up. That’s just embarrassing for a hotel ...
