Reservations that do not comply with this local booking policy may be canceled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that violates these requirements.

➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted.

➤ A noise-aware sensor is installed in the unit to monitor decibel levels, ensuring a peaceful environment for permanent residents & guests alike; it cannot record any audio .
