„Only one elevator dedicated to the hotel rooms, the other 3 was for the residences. No refrigerator in the room. No onsite bar or restaurant. The small lobby was crowded every morning due to people waiting for their rides.“

„My stay was marked by a high level of satisfaction with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the excellent condition and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious dishes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose the Diamond Hotel again without hesitation.“

Immer gerne wieder.“

„Nicht zu empfehlen.Zimmer runtergekommen.Hotel Halle/Empfang hat geblitzt-Zimmer das komplette Gegenteil.In den ersten 2 Zimmern kein warm Wasser-kein Tresor-Möbel /Wände total abgenutzt.Die Umgebung leider auch kein gutes Pflaster!“

„The service is very nice, and everything is very good manner.“

„Need to fix a bit the toilet “

„Good location in Binondo and walking distance to Intramuros. Service is on a good level but sure, always possible to get better. The bread at the breakfast buffet is not good, hope you find a better bakery for good sourdough bread and Baguette. But there is one important thing: please change the room description "sound-proofed"! The roons are comfortable (and i would very like to book the Suite) but it is much way too noisy from outside traffic. “

„Nähe Zentrum “

„+ Personal hilfsbereit, - Fruhstück mittelmässig, Lage in ungepflegte Stadtteil“
