« Love that the property is so close to the water. The boys caught so many fish even right off the dock. The sand bar is so close but where the property is, it's so quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning did a great job keeping it cold. »

« Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend. »

« The house was beautiful and in a great location. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was labeled makingnit easy to find and put away. The beds were comfortable. There wa plenty of seating for meals. The stairs to the lake are well-maintained an has benches at every landing should you need to rest. The boats, paddles, and PFDs were in good condition. Overall it was a great stay. »

« We had a lovely stay at Joan’s lakeside home. The place was roomy and exceptionally clean and very well stocked when it came to kitchen items, towels, games, etc… The grounds are expansive and the views of the lake are magical. We have family just down the road and the location could not have been better. We look forward to returning next year! »

« We had an awesome time at this property. Location was very secluded and the pond was so much fun. The home itself was very spacious beds were great, tons of kitchen, utensils, and supplies. One thing to know if you’re gonna go to the coast everyday, everything is 45 minutes to an hour drive. We didn’t mind the drive because coming back and spending evenings at this property, by the pond or the fire was amazing.
