„Host communicated well. Complex was nicely situated and Unit was well equipped and pools were nice. TV operation was not easy, main TV in living area suddenly went blank and would not turn on again. Network connections were poor. “

„The property was located about 10 minutes from the city center of Canmore. Plenty of parking. There was a bus stop about 1 block from the property which we didn’t use but it was nice knowing it was there. We had a cab recommendation and the company was very responsive. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a cab. The cab service was Timber Trail and it’s locally owned. The property had clean washer and dryers. We would recommend this place to any friends visiting the beautiful area.“

„On entering this one bedroom we were greeted with a cleaning odour. . If you have are sensitive to this you may not like this. It did go away after a day or two. Living area comfy. Kitchen well equipped . All appliances worked very well. Glad to have a washer and dryer. The bathroom was also great and clean . A rain shower which had enough pressure to wash your hair no problem. The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our only complaint would be the ...

„Overall, the place was clean and nice. However, it was disappointing that the pool in our lodge was out of order, so we had to use a pool somewhere else. On the positive side, the host was very attentive and kept checking in messages, which was great.“
