„We were very delighted to stay at Tamarac Resort. Sheila is a sweet, kind, no nonsense host. We arrived on a Friday and by Saturday the stress of city life had melted away. Our kids spent almost every day in the water and our oldest daughter learned how to paddle board and kayak. We spent a lot of time watching the bald eagle that frequents the trees above the cabin. The kids loved catching fish, and finding frogs, toads and garter snakes around the property. The cabin was clean and everything ...

„Love this Island getaway. We rented our own pontoon from R&R rentals. Paddle boards and kayaks are provided from renters. Comfy beds, pantry full of essentials and spices. You really just need to bring food, beverages and clothes. Internet was good and I was able to work half days. Loved sauna and fire pit. Wonderful memories nade with our kids and grandchildren. Fishing was great! We will be back.“

„Staff was friendly and accessible, the grounds were gorgeous and there are lots of activities on-site. The boardwalks connecting all the cabins did make quite a lot of noise whenever people walked by, so that's my only real complaint.“
