« The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s...

« If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. The only con was the lack of air conditioning or in the common area of the main houseAll together a lovely time, would definitely come back! »

« It was so quiet and peaceful. Spacious. In addition to this house, the other homes were also beautiful. It was a nice treat to walk around and take pictures of everyone’s garden. Lots of orchids. There was a great Sunday Brunch with lovely live music. »

« Loved everything. The ONLY complaint was that the water heater storage is small. We had a few lukewarm and chilly showers (it is solar powere and wasn't extremely hot outside) »

« The house was beautiful, with an amazing outdoor and breathtaking views. The 7th bedroom was outside the main house and had no a/c or bathroom so I wouldn’t consider it a usable space. We still had ample space without using that area. Ivonne was amazing, she checked on us almost everyday to make sure we were doing ok, she truly an asset. There’s neighborhood security, so we always felt safe. It’s a close drive to Ocho Rios, so you’ll be close to attractions but you will need transportation if...

« This property and staff exceeded every expectation for my 40th birthday celebration. Wayne, David, Ken, Horace, Pollyanna, Ziggy and the rest of the Golden Clouds team were so welcoming, hospitable and attentive. Every meal was delicious, and we appreciate their attention to detail regarding certain dietary restrictions within our group. The guest rooms were lovely, and the pool and view were second-to-none. We will most definitely be back. »

« The property is as shown in the pictures. The property is beautiful. The owner was available at anytime. My family loved the pool and the river. The outside kitchen was a winner. Had a few friends over with permission of the owner and we cooked everything outside. There are so many pros to this property. It is close to everything. « The property is beautiful with a vintage flair. Waking up to the gorgeous sunrise where the sun meets the sky is calming to the soul and spectacular. The staff there are exceptional, kind and friendly. They are very very hard workers. They never say no to any requests instead they go above and beyond. We would love if this were our daily life. It’s a true paradise. »

« The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa. »

« All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"L’accueil de l’hôtel ferme à 17h, nous ne savions pas, nous avons donc été pris en charge par la sécurité car nous sommes arrivés à 17h30. Attente assez longue pour avoir notre chambre. Mal organisé par l’agent de sécurité. Chambre propre et lit King confortable. Le petit déjeuner est par contre juste horrible et non mangeable. Ne le prenais pas et aller vous chercher de quoi manger le matin au petit commerce en bas de la rue ou sinon ne mangez pas et économiser votre argent. Sinon situé dans la ville mais un quartier assez sécuritaire, gardien à l’entrée de l’hôtel h24 et petit commerce dans la ruelle et poste de police juste à côté. Je recommande pour passer une nuit pour faire une pause de la route si vous traverser le nord en voiture , mais je ne recommande pas pour plus de jours.. "
