„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. „ We were a group of 5 from Switzerland. The house is in between the 7 mile beach and the cliffs. You could walk to the beach, we usually took our rental car to sun coast which is a good spot on 7 mile beach. The house is really nice. The bedrooms are really clean. The staff are always around and are always helpful. It is not a luxurious house, but is has all you need, it's save and a great alternative to the resorts. “

She made sand castles on the beach and lived in the pool. Marco kept the grounds very clean and the pool. The owner was so easy to communicate with and always responded to ALL my questions promptly. „Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!“
