« This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. « We had a lovely stay at Sarah's Place.So clean, comfortable, and roomy! We especially appreciated having 2 bathrooms. This was so convenient to Grove City College for attenting events on campus and visiting with our GCC student at the house. Everything needed for fixing home cooked meals, too! The communications from Michael about using unfamiliar technology was especially helpful. We hope to stay here during future trips to Grove City. »

« This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

« This home is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to enjoy using it, and the gaming is outstanding. Its location on a main road makes it convenient to the highway and both downtown Pittsburgh and the airport, with many good restaurants, groceries, and shops within a 3 minute drive.
