« The exterior of the building was disappointing at first look though parking was great, lots of space , our room was spacious and suitable for a disabled person, lots of bars in the bathroom for safety though we are able bodied. The room was clean and bed was comfortable it even had an ironing board. The staff were very friendly and gave help on places to visit . We will visit again. »

« Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. « It was a reasonably late decision to book our stay but we’re so glad we did! We were doing a night climb of Snowdon and Ty’n Rhos was the perfect evening before getting up at 3am! The owner, staff were all great and the rooms were very warm and comfortable. »

« Good location within walking distance of the small village centre, beach, and golf course. The property was a good space with what you need. Bed was comfortable and the place was warm. Cleanliness was an issue, there were still hairs in the bathtub. The shower head holder also did not stay in place which made it difficult to take showers without spraying water everywhere. One toilet roll provided for a week is a bit tight. Overall, would've been a nice space if more attention and care was given...

« Property was very spacious, it was nice having an extra living space/games room for the kids to play on their console. Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Lovely surroundings and close to Snowdon. Quiet, even though on a reasonably busy road. The only issues were that the tv had an annoying blue spot in the middle of the screen, the WiFi didn’t reach to the far end of the building where downstairs bedrooms are but 4G signal was good. The stairs were a bit creaky so could wake up other...
