I was born and raised in Lake Oswego, OR.
I’ve never had such poor service coming from a rental property company. I often use VRBO when visiting aspen, Palm Springs, etc. but VRBO posted a home via VACASA. I will never use VACASA again.
The fridge didn’t work the whole time I was there. I had medications that needed to be refrigerated.
It was exhausting calling daily to get updates on basic home rental needs. The manager of VACASA in Lake Oswego never answered the phone—he would only text me back. He was so unprofessional. I called VACASA corporate and asked for calls back. Never received them. Asked for management to call me. Never called me. Empty promises made after empty promises.
I ended up checking out early. Upon checking out I asked for management to call me regarding a partial refund (especially for the days I didn’t stay there), once again—haven’t heard a word. No call back. Worst service of all time. I feel bad for the homeowner because it was a beautiful home but had the worst representation via VACASA.
