Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, traveling for work, relocating to the area, or looking for a comfortable place to settle in for an extended stay, our cottage is designed to feel like your home away from home. And because we're pet friendly, your four-legged family member can come along too!

THE SPACE

The cottage has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space to unwind after a long day.

The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a 58" Smart TV—perfect for relaxing with a movie or catching up on your favorite shows.

The home includes two sleeping areas:

UPSTAIRS KING LOFT

The primary sleeping area is located upstairs and features a comfortable king-size bed and a 42" Smart TV.

Please note that this bedroom is loft-style. It is positioned upstairs and cannot be seen from the main living area below; however, there is no traditional bedroom door at the top of the stairs. We like to make this clear in advance so guests know exactly what to expect when booking.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM

The downstairs bedroom is a smaller, cozy room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own 42" Smart TV. It's a great option for children, additional family members, or guests who prefer a ground floor bedroom.

PRIVATE & PEACEFUL SETTING

The cottage sits toward the rear of the lot, providing a more tucked-away and private feel and offers off-the-street parking.

Outside, you'll have access to a large yard with plenty of room to enjoy some fresh air—and your pup will appreciate the extra outdoor space too!

PET FRIENDLY

We know pets are part of the family, which is why our cottage welcomes approved pets. If you're traveling with a pet, please be sure to include them on your reservation so we can properly prepare for your stay.

STREAM & RELAX

There's no fighting over the TV here! Both sleeping areas have 42" Smart TVs, and the living room features a large 58" Smart TV, giving everyone a place to relax and stream their favorite entertainment.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

The cottage offers a convenient central location for exploring Portsmouth and the surrounding Hampton Roads area, including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Virginia Beach.

It's also a comfortable option for traveling professionals, military families, temporary housing needs, relocation stays, insurance stays, and guests who simply need accommodations for the weekend, a few weeks or longer.
