« The staff member I communicated with during check-in was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated how easy the late check-in process was. I also liked that the property was completely keyless, which made arrival very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the bedsheets that were not mine, hairs on the single towel provided (which I refused to use), and stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. Because I arrived very late at night, I...
