« Suzanne and Rod are the best VRBO hosts I’ve ever worked with. Very quick to respond to any questions. The location is very centrally located and their little farm store has some awesome locally produced goods for good prices. The lodging is wonderful. It’s beautifully done, tons of seating for a good place to just hang out and chat or decompress. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the building and decorating of this place. « Stayed two nights for my son’s wedding at a local venue and while the house itself was very nice, especially the upgraded bathrooms with huge showers, the stay itself was miserable. The air conditioner did not work and so the house was 80° our entire stay making it unbearable. The property is swarming with bugs and are attracted to the porch lights. When you open the front door, they all swam inside. There are dead bugs all over the inside of the house, a large live spider was found in one of...

« This is a super cute old farmhouse with a lot of charm and had the basics we needed.I really wanted to love it, but the home was not as clean as it should have been or as comfortable as it could have been. There was noticeable dust, the floors needed sweeping, and the shower did not seem very clean.Overall, this is a really neat place with a lot of potential. With a little more sparkle, attention to cleaning, and a few comfort updates, this could easily become a 5-star stay. »
