« The property was very spacious and clean. There were only a couple discrepancies. There’s was hardly any laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap trash bags, and the microwave doesn’t work. The main thing is the listing stated there was a game room with a pool table, and there was no pool table at all. Overall the place was nice and spacious and would probably stay again. »

« Amazing views and location. The cabin was very unique and relaxing. The internet wasn’t great I couldn’t get any texts to go through to the property manager until we got off the mountain. Some of the appliances were outdated and didn’t work well or at all (the oven). Fortunately we were able to cook biscuits in the grill lol. Otherwise all was great! »

« What a wonderful property. Down at the end of a quiet dirt road, perched on the edge of a classic Prescott Valley canyon. Perfectly appointed with room to spare. It's the kind of property you feel guilty about leaving when you set our for your planned activities in the Prescott area because of the opportunity cost... all those great amenities that you won't have time to enjoy. My buddies and I were on a golf trip, and seriously considered shortening one of our rounds just to go back and enjoy...

There was a view of many rundown Rvs. This is an aging RV park. The cabins were new and clean, but completely misrepresented the accomodations. « We very much looked forward to staying at this property. However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. « The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel. »
