« Can't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the house is in need of attention but the inside is new and modern. Perfectly clean and comfortable inside. Modern and nicely decorated. All the amenities. No central air but had a portable unit which kept it cool despite the heat. Owner was very responsive. Assisted living home across the street and nearby hospital provided plenty of light at night. Small green space right next door with grass and benches. Conveniently located. Off street parking...

« Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

« We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would...
