„Zimmer alles top! Frühstück very british… so wie man es liebt! Personal sehr zuvorkommend. “

„Clean and cozy “

„The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.“

„On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware“

„Kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und sauberes Zimmer sowie Bad “

„Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast“

„The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!“

„Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.“

„Sehr sauber, geräumig. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Duschequipment könnte eine Überarbeitung brauchen.“

„Reasonably clean and kept. Fine for one night“

„Good place with excellent services“

„N/A“

„Nice property, large room, basic pool and spa, but very noisy housekeeping with technical area doors loudly slamming continuously in the morning when staff were servicing the rooms on the floor. No soundproofing between loud doors of the technical areas slamming and our room (414). Ruined our stay unfortunately.“

„The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was ...

„Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhige Lage und kostenloses Parken direkt vor dem Eingang.“
