Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon.
I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event.
I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10. The daily breakfast was wonderful and gave us a great start to our day. We did eat one meal there outside of breakfast but it definitely was not as good as the food cooked for the evening of the wedding. We're just not sure if the wedding food was cooked by outside vendors. All we saw was someone BBQing meats, which were delicious.
So in summary, if you are backpacking or like to stay in a more remote and rustic location, this would be perfect for you. There are cabins, hot tubs and a pool so it would be great for large groups. The grounds are beautiful and the cows and llamas gave everyone a giggle.
If you need modern conveniences, faster WiFi, in room conveniences then maybe staying at a different location would be better for you.
