Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire condo, including all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry area and private lagoonfront terrace. You’ll also have an assigned parking space.



You can enjoy the condominium’s infinity pool, gardens and lagoon access. These amenities are shared with the other residences and are subject to the condominium’s rules and opening hours.



The nearest beach is approximately a 2-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafés, shops and activities within Puerto Aventuras operate independently; purchases, services and any applicable admission fees are not included in your reservation.



The nearby gym and spa are separate facilities outside the condominium. Both charge additional fees and are not included in your reservation.



Self check-in is available using a key lockbox. Before arrival, you’ll receive instructions for entering Puerto Aventuras, finding your parking space and accessing the condo.



Our team will be available to assist you during arrival and throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Puerto Aventuras es una comunidad costera con acceso controlado en la Riviera Maya, ideal para combinar descanso, paseos y actividades al aire libre.



Quinta Laguna se encuentra frente a la laguna, con la playa más cercana a aproximadamente 2 minutos caminando. Dentro de la comunidad encontrarás una marina con restaurantes, cafés y tiendas locales para complementar tus días de playa y descanso.



Su ambiente residencial resulta atractivo para familias, parejas y grupos que disfrutan compartir tiempo juntos y explorar los alrededores a un ritmo relajado.



También es una buena base para descubrir la Riviera Maya, con opciones para visitar cenotes, playas y destinos como Playa del Carmen, Akumal y Tulum. Para explorar fuera de Puerto Aventuras necesitarás transporte.



Getting Around:

You can explore the immediate surroundings on foot, with the nearest beach access approximately a 2-minute walk away.



For a convenient way to get around Puerto Aventuras, you can rent a bicycle or golf cart to visit the marina, restaurants and shops.



If you plan to explore Playa del Carmen, Akumal, Tulum, cenotes or Riviera Maya parks, we recommend renting a car or arranging a taxi or private transportation.



Your stay includes 1 assigned parking space within the condominium.



Mayan Getaways can help you explore car, bicycle and golf cart rentals, as well as transfer options. These services cost extra and are subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

Guest registration



Quinta Laguna is located within Puerto Aventuras, a gated community. Before arrival, we’ll request the information needed to register everyone staying at the condo and facilitate entry. All guests must be included in the reservation.



Check-in and checkout



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and checkout must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout require prior arrangements, are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.



Community guidelines



Parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the condominium’s rules and keep noise at a considerate level inside the condo and in shared areas, especially after 10:00 p.m.



Child supervision



Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly around the pool, terraces and lagoon.



Pool loungers



Loungers are limited and shared with other guests and residents. Please do not reserve them by leaving towels or personal belongings when they are not in use.
