„After an initial question by the host, which I answered, I received no responses from him to the two or three questions I had. We had no check-in information. Sitting outside the property, I called him. Fortunately he answered. He gave us the door pass code, which got us in. There was no information inside about the WiFi or other amenities. It is a beautiful property right on the ocean, but I had no access code to enter the pool area and the beach.“

„Akumal is a special town that I have visited for over 25 years. This was my first time staying at LaSerina. Such a lovely location. The courtyard gardens are full of beautiful tropical plants, and is beautifully maintained. There is a large lovely pool in the center of this courtyard. The condo was decorated in traditional Mexican decor with lots of nice personal touches. The staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.“

„Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .. ...

„Exactly as advertised. Quiet, tranquil, and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and groceries. Staff was nice, water was great, snorkeling on point. A nice little weekend escape. Perfect 1 bedroom for a couple. “
