„I believe this place is probably pretty busy when the surf is right. When I was there, it was primarily just me. I had the whole upstairs to myself. The king bed was very comfortable (there were 4 beds and two futons to choose from), and the place was clean. The owner was an exceptional communicator. I give this place 5-stars for those reasons. „We loved this entire trip. The property is great. The communication with the host and property manager was quick and easy. The apartment is so nice and clean. The pool was beautiful and warm and we practically had it to ourselves most days. The town of Punta mita is so fun and the best food. We will for sure come back and we would stay in this same unit again. The only downside was the rocky beach but we stacked the rocks and took a walk in our shoes and still had a great time.“
