Fernhill Lookout is a modern three-bedroom home positioned above Queenstown with wide views across Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. Its elevated setting gives the home both its name and its calm, premium feel. Close to town yet tucked away, it offers a standout outlook and a comfortable base for exploring Queenstown.

The space
The upper level is the heart of the home. The living area opens to wide views with large windows, a full kitchen with gas cooking, and a balcony that frames the lake and mountains. It’s a bright, welcoming place to cook or unwind.

The master bedroom is also on this level and has direct internal access to the main bathroom. It functions as an ensuite while still being available to the living area if needed. The two additional bedrooms, along with a second bathroom , are located downstairs, providing separation and privacy for families or small groups.

The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and plenty of bench space, with everything set up for longer stays as well as quick meals between activities.
