There were huge issues with the hot water. Only two people could have a shower and it would go cold. We would then have to wait 2 hours until it heated up.When contacted we were told it was an us problem and we need to manage our showers. In reality, I didn’t pay the amount I did to have to do this. A bigger hot water system needs to be installed.I didn’t download the app as I felt it was a waste of time and just went off the email. I feel like we may have been surveiled as I had an email saying we hadn’t put the key back in the lock box. I found this a little unnerving.The rubbish thing is also very weird. Having limited rubbish, especially for an extended stay and then been to pay for extra rubbish was very annoying.
