The first floor offers two bedrooms. One features a queen bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bath, while the second queen bedroom shares a hall bath with the TV room and full-sized laundry area. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious great room with a well-stocked kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. A cozy sitting area is centered around a large fireplace (not available for use during the summer season). This level also includes a hall bath, Bedroom #3 with a queen bed, and the Primary Suite with a king bed and private bath.
