Family Thanksgiving 2024
We found this home welcoming and clean. The property is just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was large and very suited for our family of 10. We had a wonderful time and would come here again.
I do have to say that despite its size and cleanliness the property could use some repairs. Specifically ,one of the bathrooms up stairs has a crack in the actual tub and appears to have been leaking for some time. The water has spread to the carpet at the entrance of the bathroom and down into the main floor entryway closet. It has produced some black mold on the ceiling of the closet. A second bathroom upstairs (the one in the bedroom with the twin beds) is also leaking as evidenced by the water markings on the ceiling in the kitchen.
As a multi property owner myself I know that if all of these damages are fixed now during the slower season you don't run the high risk of collapsing ceilings or worse, injury to guests, in the busier months. Also the carpet could use a good cleaning throughout the house.
