« I have stayed in VRBO homes from Washington to Maine and Costa Rica to Australia. I have never stayed at a home so thoroughly stocked with thoughtfulness to make my stay comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to an issue I had and resolved the issue. She has first aid kits, items travelers may forget like, toothbrushes, razors, shampoo... The furniture is comfortable, as is the bed. The kitchen had many appliances, dinnerware, utensils, even utensils for the grill, The huge grill was clean...

« We loved our stay on Trout Lake! Check in was easy and as described. The kitchen was well-stocked and nicely set up for meal prep for our group of 7. We enjoyed the bi-level deck with a large table and chairs for 6 on both levels. The inside common area was plenty spacious for the one rainy day we needed to be indoors. « Awesome place, great communication and we were able to do well on the fishing front. Lots of little fish of the dock although wind is pretty strong. All in all would highly recommend. »

« The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of pots and pans and even an electric griddle for making pancakes. The refrigerator in the boat house saves lots of trips when you want to spend the day fishing on the dock. The foosball table was a delight for the grandkids (even though Grandpa was still able to beat them)! »

An unpredictable variant, it was hot during our visit and the lovely house doesn't have AC. There are fans in the rooms that help to keep the air moving. « Stayed 15 days and had an amazing time, amazing view and everything you can basically ask for a lake house. Water was amazing and located to all the places we wanted to travel during our stay. Alan answered every question we had and was quick to respond. Look forward to doing it again. »

« Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom. »

"L hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Nous avions été prévenu aussi ce n'était pas un vrai problème. Cependant la chambre, très spacieuse, fraîchement rénovée aurait pu être plus propre. Literie confortable. Insonorisation vers le couloir insuffisante, heureusement que les autres clients étaient respectueux car on entend vraiment beaucoup. Petit déjeuner de substitution pendant les travaux difficile à apprécier pour des européens."
