« Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel room needs major updating or fixing. The walls were all marked up with scuff marks, holes in the curtains. The bed was horrible and gave me back pains. Bathroom shower was terrible, the head needs to be replaced. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't say if that was good or not. »

« It was a horrible experience as the broken room door did not securely latch and therefore we and our belongings were not safe. Also, the phone in the room was not connected to an actual phone line because none existed. We immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. »

« The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in. »

« Perfect location in the midst of Tanglewood Park. An arboretum is just outside the front door. The property is appropriately decorated in an early 20th century style and was immaculate. The room has older fixtures befitting the age of the property. Water pressure could be better and some necessities were initially in short supply but the management addressed this issue. »
