„We really enjoyed being out in the suburbs, and being able to use the nearby metro station, as well as walking places. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downsides were the broken toilet seat that was held together by duct tape (uncomfortable on the legs), and the lack of soundproofing. „Property was nice and it also provided items too. However, there's a lot of stomping or loud thuds that sound like slamming over our heads while we stayed. It was hard to sleep when it sounded like someone slamming items above your head while you're on a creaky metal bed trying to already not shift too loud to make a noise. Despite the nice property and items, it would be better to find a more peaceful place. Perhaps someone else can try and see if the noise is also just a coincidence.“

Everything you wound want and need, its clean, spacious, and just great overall :) And your close to both BC's largest mall Metropolis at Metrotown, as well as to Royal Oak, the neareast Skytrain station. Also, the communication with the host is great and they answer quickly :)“

„My family rented this unit for a special weekend and were unable to make it due to illness. The host was very gracious when I asked for an alternate date that wouldn’t affect his rental potential. He gave us an alternate date , and although it did not fit into our plans in the end, he was willing to at least try to accommodate. It was appreciated. “

„The studio apartment is good for a one night's stay for 1 person maybe 2 people. The unit is a bit tight. My biggest complaint if you would say is the stairs. The concrete stairs getting to the unit are incredibly steep so getting luggage down them was nerve wracking. I don't remember any non-slip pads on the steps but there is a railing.Finding the house was a bit challenging.
