« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« I was honestly a little disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. I expected it to be much better and more like the breakfast that is typically offered at other hotels. I was expecting basic hot breakfast options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles or pancakes for the kids, but unfortunately, there were none. « We wanted to stay close to the venue we were attending, so I chose Hollister. The Ye’ Old English Inn. It’s very old (1921) and full of history! The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller! I loved everything about it! The staff was amazing, the manager helped me carry my bags up the stairs and was beyond helpful and nice. The onsite restaurant was really good and must be the place to be as it was very busy! 100% would stay again! »

« The room itself was clean however pretty much everything else was disappointing. The pool area had no air so it was hot and musty smelling, plus the hot tub was roped off and said permanently closed. The pictures posted of the hotel are obviously very old and not recent pictures. There is also a hidden $100 hold they put on your account when you check in that doesn’t get refunded until 3-5 days after check out. »
