„The grounds are fantastic. We used the firepit and saw 2 vultures in a tree in the back yard. The house is nice if a little dated. A lot of thought went into comfort including several window ac units, local activity suggestions, etc. The highway noise was very noticeable even in the back yard but easy to talk over without raising voices.“

„Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful spacious home for 3 days and enjoyed rafting the Colorado and swimming at the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. Both were within a 5 minute drive. The grandkids really loved the walk-out basement with the big screen tv, pool table, and kitchen . It was nice to have two gathering areas. “

„This place was great! Cute, cozy, clean, and great all around. We got the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was super nice and also made himself easy to contact if we needed anything or had any issues (which we did not have any). Will definitely be staying again our next trip out!“

„So unique, fantastic location in a wonderful small mountain town. Close to Glenwood Springs. Great bathroom, plenty of refrigerator space and enough kitchen amenities to make a home cooked meal! Comfortable beds and there are privacy partitions for the sleeping area which is a great touch. Finally, the check in/check out procedures are seamless and the host is super attentive and friendly. Will certainly look at this place again the next time we are in the area. “

„The property is beautiful, very spacious and all thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was ok. The oven did not cook very hot. It took longer for the fries to get done. Lots of areas for the kids to play games or watch movies.Beautiful outdoor areas to eat and enjoy the scenery. “

„This house was super cute and had a stream running out front with the cutest muskrats living in it. It was clean and quiet. It's only a few minutes from town and plenty of activities close by. The only thing I would say is if you have people staying on the couch, have them bring an eye mask if they want to sleep in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. “

„The location was convenient to all attractions. The couch and bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing with well stocked cooking utensil's, pots, pans, spices. A nice washer and dryer in the basement was very convenient. Would rent again for sure. “

"Wir konnten vor Bezug des Zimmers unsere Koffer in der Rezeption unterstellen. Beim Check-In mussten wir eigentlich alle Infos nachfragen. Das Zimmer das wir bezogen, war auch nicht fertig. Die Damen des Zimmerservices war aber alle sehr freundlich ! Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht ganz den Bildern. Die 10 Bewertung die es hier gibt sind aufgrund der Zimmer nicht ganz glaubwürdig. Das Frühstück war in einem großen unpersönlichen Raum, mit einigen Tischen und viel Krims Krams der überall rumstand . Es gab Waffeln ; Toast, Eier , Saft , Kaffee und Joghurt - das passte soweit. Aufrgund des Preises hat uns dieses Haus nicht überzeugt - leider !"
