« To no fault of the property owner, the cleaners had not cleaned or changed the sheets before our arrival. We had to call Evolve Travel, whi had to track down the owner. The owner was unable to get a hold of the cleaners, but was gracious enough to give us the code to the shed where clean sheets were kept. The floors were filthy!!! The top of the toilet tank was off because you had to jiggle the parts for it to flush correctly. The owner had obviosly bought all new sheets, towels,kitchen utensils...

« Went up north for the holiday weekend to go tubing down the Au Sable River. Cabin was very clean and suited our needs. The land is well maintained. Close to town so you can get some dinner and ice cream. Host responded well to texts and phone calls, but did not get the VRBO messages initially sent so I would stick with communication via the cell phone. »

« First night was hot we enjoyed sitting in the brook in our bag chairs. Hot tub was relaxing. We did not get to explore the trails. We definitely want to come back and do that. Note for those middle age and up you have to climb over partner/spouse to get out of bed as the room is tight. I slept on the couch that was very comfortable so no worries. »

« Wonderful cabin on the lake, even caught a long mouth bass, sunsets are beyond dreamy. Fire pit area is a cool hangout spot off the water. Hot tub was a nice touch. This place was so cool, neighbors are nice and the hosts are responsive and kind. Loved everything about this trip. Will be coming back!! :) »
