"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free good coffee. Beside to few dishes to choose from, the only coffee included with this price was a just drinkable "caffé americano". We had to pay extra for our expresso. Not cool when you are in Italy. Overall, the place is beautiful, although it can be busy with wedding ceremony (no access to certain part) but except for a couple of staffs who were nice and helpful, I would not say that it is a great place. Next time we go to Toscana, we are certainly going to find a different location."
