« The staff did the best they could, but they had not placed toilet paper in the room and were kicked out of the one closet with it. The rooms were clean, but the hotel is old. For some reason there was no smoke detector in the room, but the wires hung down. »

« Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The basement bedroom was on the cool side. but the outside temperature dropped 40 degrees in the time we were there. We plan on booking again for our next visit to River Falls. »
