« Initial check-in rep was dry, citing a memorized script to my issue of where my room was without ability to evaluate the situation AT ALL to explain and resolve. Second rep was excellent. Did not get at waterfront as I hoped do my view was other buildings and the pool and parking lot. Room was like an apt and very nice size. Bathroom very updated and fantastic modern shower with huge shower head. Wall art and other decorations from the 1990s. TV was a nightmare to navigate and very limited...

« The place looks rough on the outside and the inside, but the rooms were clean and needs a lot of TLC had trouble understanding the check-in person at breakfast this morning. The eggs were cold, and the bacon was cold. other than that oh yes, could not get our TV to work other than that. Everything was OK. »

« property was a little rough in condition. parking wasn't the best, large commercial trucks taking up lots of space. Room wasn't cleaned unless requested. Had to retrieve towells from front desk every day . bed was a little lumpy. I won't stay here again »

« Staff was very friendly at the front desk. We stayed in the Avilla section the “luxury suites” there were multiple dead spiders against the baseboards in our room. Besides that the room was clean but it did make me feel quite uncomfortable with sleeping there. »

« Parking lot is odd, very step hill, then double speed bumps & felt a little odd. Room was ok, we had a king room with jetted tub which was great. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed Bathroom light was automatic but behind the door very weird set up. Toilet ran alot just noisy Airconditioning worked great, nice & cold when we got there. »

« This is not the place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the marina. But they played music starting at about 10 am until 1 am in the morning. The restaurant also leaves much to be desired as food goes. The restaurant bartender was the best thing about the place. I definitely will choose a different resort next time. »

« The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. Overall if your looking for a place to sleep and your passing by this place would be for you The bar and grill next door had good food »

« This is a great place to stay, staff was great. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed Tuesday and Wednesday but the pool was great and the area of the lake was pretty quiet. The cabin was nice, we will be back. »

« The room was very spacious. Clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked nicely and not very noisy. Easy access. Great parking. Would definitely stay again. »
