« We met some old friends of ours for a weekend stay. The place was perfect for 2 couples- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and we shared the common area kitchen. we were too busy catching up to use the hot tub or the sauna. We could have used some more kitchen cleaning stuff (a sponge, scrubber or brush) but we made it work. When we got there the place was immaculately clean. I highly recommend. »

« The location alone is spectacular, particularly in mid-fall, though the boats are absolutely right that it's a cell phone wasteland. Fortunately the house WiFi can handle all but the most intense gaming loads (bandwidth is great but satellite-level pings) and has plenty of TVs board games, and other pastimes for those seeking a digital detox. « If you're looking for privacy and serenity, this is the place to stay! The property is well maintained. The Buckhannon river is only a rocks throw away and the sound of the water was very calming. I am from West Virginia and know that area fairly well, but my Garmin GPS took me to this property with no issue. »
