« The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. « Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions. »

« The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were overall clean. However, we woke up the first morning to find that the ceiling was covered in either mold or mildew or something. We alerted the man at the front desk in the mornings, and he was largely unhelpful and a bit snippy, telling us that the manager wouldn't be there for days and that we could move rooms, but he didn't know if one would be available. « We have been coming into town for the last 2 months due to a family member in Hospital and the staff at Candlewood couldn’t have been any better to us. Diana from the front desk helped get us moved from a king room to a double due to another family member coming in to say there goodbye’s to family member.
