Hotel Rochester

« The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There were more items to choose from for breakfast than any other hotel I have stayed at! The building itself was dated but for the money it was worth it. »

« Rooms are clean - we stayed there for a wedding - it is really annoying how they raise the prices especially so much - I paid $500 for a room- thats doubled the price it should be for no additional services - also requested early check in due to needing to get to the wedding by 3- they replied it would be put on our account - we got there at 215 and were told our room wasnt ready - annoying won't probably stay there again »

« we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel, top of fridge was dirty with rubber band, a bar of butter and dirt on it. will not be coming back »

« I actually don't know anything about the facility. I was booked to stay for one night but fell ill and couldn't travel. There was no way to get a refund so one star across the board. »

« I did not feel that the room and common areas were remarkably clean. I noticed hair in the shower before we used it, and just general grime in the bathroom. The carpet also had spots. In the breakfast area, the cabinets were sticky and dirty. I opened them to find a plastic knife. »
