« Breakfast was good. We had to contact front desk to get hot water for sink and shower, difficult to get room comfortable with the window fan and air conditioner. »

« we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable »

After being moved to room #208, the same individual became argumentative regarding the room type and ultimately slammed the door on me.
