« This is my second time staying here as my daughter goes to school in the area. The location is excellent. It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. « Comfy bed, great water pressure, fully stocked kitchen, excellent coffee maker. This is our 4th or 5th stay at this property. It does not disappoint. Even if all we do is sit on the deck and watch the River flow by, it’s a perfect vacation. We had a little glitch when we arrived and Micah handled the situation effectively and with a smile. We would rent this property again. »

« The check in was simple, the unit was has advertised and no trains came through in the middle of the night. You do get a low rumble from the concert venue next door but it was done by 10:00. Unit was clean, well-stocked and in great shape. The balcony was an absolute GEM overlooking the Mississippi! Check out instructions were, close the door and leave. Thanks Tim! »

« Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication. »
